GLASYA – Symphonic Metal Newcomer aus Portugal

Freunde von Symphonischem Metal sollten mit einem Auge Richtung Portugal schielen und ein Ohr bei der Female Fronted Band Glasya riskieren. Hugo Esteves (Guitar), Eduarda Soeria (Vocals und in Portugal Nightwish-Tribute-Band, Nightdream), Davon Van Dave (Keyboard, Ex-Urban Tales, Ex-Shadowsphere, Ex-Heavenly Bride), Bruno Prates (Solo Guitar, Ex-Enchantya, Paradigm State), Manuel Pinto (Bass, Ex-Enchatya) und Bruno Ramos (Drums, Ex-My Deception) starteten im Sommer 2016 ihren Feldzug, um Symphonic Metal aus Portugal salonfähig zu machen.

Mit dem Videoclip zur ersten Single “Heaven’s Demise” gehen die Portugiesen schon einmal in die richtige Richtung. Die kommende EP wird den Fans in der ersten Hälfte des Jahres 2018 in die Lauscher gedrückt. Kraftvolle Melodien, fette Gitarren, orchestraler Sound und die starke Stimme von Eduarda Soeria werden die Herzen von Symphonic-Metal-Fans höher schlagen lassen. Glasya is a symphonic metal band fostered by the integration of several experienced musicians from the Portuguese metal scene, by the founder guitarist Hugo Esteves, the voice of Eduarda Soeiro (also in Nightdream – Portuguese official tribute to Nightwish), the keys of Portuguese-Dutchman Davon Van Dave (ex-Urban Tales, ex-Shadowsphere, ex-Heavenly Bride), solo guitarist Bruno Prates (ex-Enchantya, Paradigm State), Manuel Pinto bass (ex-Enchantya, Paradigm State) and Bruno Ramos drums (ex-My Deception).
At the end of December 2017, was published on their official Facebook and Youtube the teaser and the Single / Videoclipe “Heaven’s Demise” this January 10, 2018.
The theme is the first single from the upcoming EP to be released in the first half of 2018. It is characterized by its powerful orchestra and contagious rhythm, enhanced by the magnificent voice of Eduarda Soeiro. In the remaining themes of the EP you will be able to find strong melodies orchestrated by a wide cultural diversity, always embraced by the strength of the guitars, a cohesive rhythm section and the imposing voice of Eduarda Soeiro.
